Privacy Policy

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us. When you submit a contact or lead form, request a trade-in appraisal, save a truck to your wishlist, use the chat widget, start a financing application, or receive an invoice, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, message content, trade-in details and photos, and the vehicle you are interested in.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers log basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page. We use this to keep the site running and secure.

Information from connected accounts (staff only). When an authorized staff member connects a Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account, we receive page and account identifiers and an access token so we can publish listings.

• Respond to your inquiry and provide sales, service, and financing assistance
• Prepare quotes, invoices, purchase paperwork, and payment receipts
• Send follow-up messages about trucks you asked about (see SMS below)
• Publish our own vehicle inventory to our dealership social media accounts
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform
• Comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about the truck you asked about, appointment details, or follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or call us and ask to be removed. Reply HELP for help. We record your opt-out so our system stops future messages.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Our messaging carrier processes messages solely to deliver them.

If you start a financing or credit application, you may provide additional details such as employment, income, references, or identification documents. We use this only to evaluate and process your financing request and to complete the sale.

Financing quotes and payment estimates shown on this site are estimates for planning purposes only. They are not an offer of credit, and final terms are set in your signed contract.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

• Cloud hosting & database — stores site and customer records
• Payment processor — handles invoice card payments; card numbers are entered on the processor’s secure page and are never stored by us
• Email provider — delivers invoices and notification emails
• SMS carrier — delivers text messages you have opted into
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — receives the vehicle listings we publish from our own dealership accounts

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, staff, or business.

Authorized staff can connect our dealership’s Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account so inventory can be posted from within the platform. We request only the permissions needed to list pages, read basic page information, and publish posts.

Access tokens are stored on our backend and are only used to publish our own listings. We never post to a personal profile, never read private messages, and never sell or share social account data with third parties. A connection can be removed at any time from Settings, or by removing the app in your Facebook business settings.

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage keys that are necessary for the site to work — for example keeping staff signed in, remembering your language preference, and saving your wishlist. We do not use third-party advertising cookies to build profiles about you across other websites.

Embedded content such as the Google Maps location frame is served by that provider and is subject to its own privacy policy.

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Customer records are stored in a managed database protected by row-level access rules, and staff access is role-based — team members only see the data their role requires. Social and payment access tokens are kept on the server side and are never exposed to the browser.

No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

We keep customer and transaction records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, warranty, and title recordkeeping requirements. Leads and inquiries that do not result in a sale are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below. We will delete what we are not legally required to retain. Disconnecting a social account immediately removes its stored access token.

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information
• Opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (use the unsubscribe link or ask us)

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 13. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply under your state or country’s privacy law — tell us and we will honor them where required.

Our services are intended for adults purchasing commercial vehicles. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
